better than expected
I wasn't expecting much because I paid less than $6 shipped. I was surprised it fit perfectly. The no slip "rubber feel" makes handling the Shine easier. And I'm not worried about dropping the phone because all four corners are protected.

Cool thought, but it breaks
This case looks cool, and is not extremely bulky unlike other cases - but beware, one of the clips that holds on the front face plate broke within the first few days i used it.

Protective but the button on the back catches on everything.
The product is well designed to fit the Shine snugly. It makes the dimentions rather larger than the original, but should provide a lot of protection. The problem I have is that there is a ridged plastic button on the back of the case meant to mate with the separate plastic belt clip. When the clip is removed, this button is prone to catch on clothing and anything else lying around. If you need extra protection, I'd say get the product. If not, I'd forego it.

Useful Product
The cover does have a rubber feel. The two pieces snap on to the front and back of the phone respectively, allowing the front to slide open (I originally bought a cover that wouldn't allow the phone to slide open...idiots). The cover/case has openings along the sides, allowing access to the side buttons and microSD and charger ports. It comes with a belt clip as well. Overall, its cheap and gets the job done.
