Not practical
I didn't like this at all. I didn't notice that the iphone goes in the case backwards (at least for what I needed it for). As a woman who needed a case to put in my purse this became awkward. All in all, I couldn't even use it.

This case is sturdy but has a nice style. It will hold both the iphone or itouch. It has a belt clip that unsnaps so that you can place it on your desk. Very nice product!

Great looking pouch, but needs a little bit improvement..
May be my needs are different!
I just wanted a good looking, solid cover for iphone, that has a belt buckle and provides good protection and bought this.
It is good quality leather, well made and I should have given 5 stars for this, except for the following reasons:
1. When I am not using with bluetooth, the closing flap comes in the way; so as a simple solution, I cut this flap off.
2. Now the real problem came. The cover at the top is a not joined fully and left open so you can put in iphone easily in and out. But there is a proximity sensor at the top just above the speaker hole (is it?) and the loose flap that comes a few mms off of the face of iphone blocks this sensor and so iphone thinks you are keeping it close to your face (so it turns off the display!). It would have been nice to have a small connecting leather at the left side top (just above the mute switch) to hold this flap down a little.
I did a simple workaround again by tying this top flap side with the back using a small twine string. (not so good, but it works).
I will post my modified cover in this page in a day or two.
BTW, while the title says Vertical leather pouch,
- the belt buckle can rotate (not too freely so it stays in place; nicely done), so you can make it horizontal on the belt.
- there is a stand (belt buckle is on a flap that can be used as a vertical stand.
Update: Photo added as a customer image; instead of a twine to hold the top, I put in a velcro (shown in the photo).
