Great product
The BlueAnt Supertooth is an excellent addition to my cell. Now that Calif has the crazy no cell phone law.. it is a must. We can still text.. go figure....

BlueAnt Customer Service
Good product but company customer service is very bad. Online RMA request never responded. Never received RMA number after I called the support center. When I called back, their record do not show I called. It's just horrible.

No brain cancer!
Finally i can use my phone with out my Mom worrying about me getting brain cancer. The sound quality is good. My mom is 85, and often has trouble hearing me with other devices, but this works just fine :)

The microphone does not retract anymore after less than a month
I purchased this after reading the positive reviews. I should have paid more attention to some of the negative reviews that talked about the microphone wand that acts as an on/off switch.

I used it a total of about 6 times and the "wand" refuses to go back. The mechanism that allows it to retract is not working and as a result its always on.

When I went to Amazon to return it, it would not let me return saying the last date to return had just passed and there is some vague language about partial credit etc.

So I opened a warranty ticket with BlueAnt. Let's see how that works.

I am disappointed that Amazon does not clearly explain what to do with products that go defective after a month.

BlueAnt Hansfree Speakerphone
Excellent performance, much better than an in-ear piece, especially if you are only going to use a handsfree device in the car.

I bought one for myself and one for my son. He's also very pleased with his unit. Audio quality is great.
